- GROW A SUCCESSFUL VEGE GARDEN -
Already said it - way cheaper and a whole lot easier just to buy it. Again, not the point. Because it matters. It really does. It’s been happening since the dawn of time. At some point in our lives, no matter how small, we need to know how to grow our own food. Actually grow it. This is the only way we can begin to really understand the Earth and what she can do. By putting a plant into the ground, feeding and watering it, fighting bugs and critters, experiencing the frustration of things gone plain wrong, and the times of quiet joy when you can say “I just walked out to the garden and picked this.” I promise that will happen. Otherwise it is all just words, magazine articles, TV lifestyle shows - unless you are actually doing it, you won’t “get” the very humanness of growing food from the earth.
